Shipping Policy

Order processing takes 3-5 business days. During holidays and website sales, shipping times are extended. Please allow 6 -10  business days during these periods. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

IF, FOR ANY REASON you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours from the initial purchase time and date to do so. ANY cancellation requests after this time frame will be rejected.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow additional time for the carrier to scan the items once it has arrived at their facility and been processed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are final sale. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen and or damaged shipments. In the unlikely event that package is lost/stolen  or damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. After a claim has been filed, please be sure to email all pictures and documents that verify your claim to us as well as the shipping carrier.
