  • ?How do I know if my order has been received
    After you checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
  • ?How long will it take to process my order
    Order processing takes between 3-5 business days. Any order placed after 5pm on Friday and on the weekends will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • If I have multiple orders, will you guys ship them all together"
    Yes, if the original order has not shipped before you place the next
  • ?Can I change my order
    Your order can be modified only within the first 24 hours of submission. Contact us with your order number and name and let us know which products you want to add or exclude from your order. If your order has already been pulled from inventory and packaged, you will not be able to change it.
  • ?Can I cancel an order
    If you reach out to us within 24 hours of your packages delivery, we will cancel your order and you will receive a refund for the product cost, only.
  • ?My order has shipped, when will I receive it"
    Once your order undergoes processing you will receive an email with a tracking number. When your items arrive to the shipping carrier, you can expect your items in 5-7 business days.
  • I do not live in the United States, do I have to pay customs and taxes"
    Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other miscellaneous charges from the country the product is being shipped too. Those fees are not included in the cost of your order.
